Niche Prescriptions is working with the Pharmacy Benefits Management company and others to bring the Members SAVINGS in respect to their prescription needs.
The first Membership Reward Savings being brought forth is for Members with Diabetes. An agreement has been reached with Roche Pharmaceuticals to offer the following savings to members: (note: many insured cards do not cover diabetic strips or diabetic meter)
● IF YOU WANT TO PARTICIPATE in the Niche Diabetic Program please send an email by clicking on the link
and type JOIN in the subject line of the email and provide your Member number, full name and address in the body of the email. Without this information we will be unable to provide you your savings.
● You will receive, at the pharmacy, up to a 15% savings on all your diabetic strips when you use the Niche Prescription Card.
● You will also be sent by postal mail, within 30 days of sending us your email to participate, a kit that contains a pack of 50 Roche Diabetic strips and a coupon for a free ACCU-CHEK Diabetic Meter which can be redeemed at any pharmacy..
● Within three days of using up your free strips take your prescription from your physician to any participating pharmacy and show them your Niche Prescription Card to obtain your continuing 15% discount.
● FURTHER when you continue filling your prescription for diabetic strips for a period of 3 months, as instructed by your physician, YOU WILL RECEIVE FURTHER SAVINGS of another 10% of your cost of your strips back to you every 3 months for as long as you’re in the program.
